C IDE: Development Assistant

Since Codewright has been stagnating, and Codewarrior is now owned by Freescale, there aren't any decent toolchain agnostic IDEs targeted towards embedded systems. I suppose Eclipse is an option, but CDT didn't seem mature enough last time I checked it out.
