MozBackup - A utility for creating backups of Mozilla, Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird and Netscape profiles

And to automate:
Make a Batchfile and insert this command line:

"C:\PfathToMozbackup\Backup.exe" -f Profilname

Setup the Backup.ini in Mozbackup Folder to specify the backup path.

Create a scheduled task with windows!
