Reviewing papers

So I'm just wrapping up my reviews for the Real World Applications track at GECCO 2005.

In addition to their review guidlines these are the things I'm looking for specificly in a paper submitted into the Real World Applications track:

Strong Abtract- let me know why this is important to read. Don't leave any surprises.

Real World- Connect this to an industry, real scenarios, real data, real life

Conclusions- Clearly tell me what your results mean in the context of a real world application.

Introduction- Gives enough info for an outsider to get interested. Discusses terms and variables that will be used in discussion of results.

Results- are they surprising? Interesting? Focused?
